对2009年的基础教育工作,教育部基础教育二司司长郑富芝笑言,是“议论的多了,关注的多了,关心的多了”。整个基础教育二司的工作,也随着“三个多了”变得更加充实而忙碌:全年,研究起草普通高中教育、学前教育专题规划;5月,第四次全国特殊教育工作会议在北京举行;10月,全国基础教育课程改革经验交流会在南京召开;12月,全国基础教育教学研究工作研讨会在北京召开……这些工作,不仅涉及到基础教育的事业发展新格局,而且昭示着教育内涵发展的新方向。
