运用免疫组化技术检测增生性瘢痕 ( HTS)和瘢痕疙瘩 ( KS)中 型 ( R )和 型 ( R ) TGF- β受体的表达和分布情况 ,了解 TGF- β受体在人 HTS和 KS形成中的作用。结果发现 ,HTS成纤维细胞 ( Fb)表面 R 和 R 有阳性表达 ,而且随着病程的延长 ,受体表达逐渐减弱 ,直至消失 ;KS浸润部 Fb表面 R 和 R 呈强阳性表达 ,中央部未见受体表达阳性的 Fb;正常皮肤 Fb表面受体表达阴性。提示在 HTS形成过程中 ,不仅 TGF- β增高 ,Fb表面 型和 型 TGF- β受体也增高 ,使 TGF- β作用放大 ;TGF- β及其受体可能与 KS的浸润性生长有关。
Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression and distribution of medium (R) and type R (R) TGF-β receptors in hypertrophic scars (HTS) and keloids (KS) In the role. The results showed that the expression of R and R was positive on the surface of HTS fibroblasts (Fb), and the expression of receptor was gradually weakened and disappeared with the prolongation of the course of disease. The positive expression of R and R on the Fb surface of KS infiltration was strongly positive, See the Fb receptor positive expression; normal skin Fb surface receptor negative expression. It is suggested that in the process of HTS formation, not only the increase of TGF-β, but also the increase of Fb surface type and type TGF-β receptor, and the increase of TGF-β. TGF-β and its receptor may be related to the invasive growth of KS.
