论述了SPHD钢性能特点和成分要求。针对SPHD钢生产中的Si含量偏高导致产品性能不合格的问题,通过钢包顶渣改质及控制,钢水精炼配渣模型优化,吹氩强度的控制,实现了SPHD钢冶炼的低Si控制。
Discussed the SPHD steel performance characteristics and composition requirements. Aiming at the problem of unqualified product performance due to the high Si content in SPHD steel production, the low Si control of SPHD steel smelting has been realized through the modification and control of ladle top slag, the optimization of slag refining model and argon blowing intensity control.
