目的分析实施阶段性心理干预和基础保健知识教育对初产妇临床分娩效果和产后康复效果影响。方法选择该院2016年6月—2017年6月收治的285名初产妇资料,依据护理方法不同分为两组,对照组135名实施常规护理,实验组150名实施阶段性心理干预和基础保健知识教育,对比两组产后护理效果。结果与对照组相比,实验组产后体征恢复显著更优;实验组SDS与SAS评分(35.0±3.5)分与(32.0±2.4)分更低,比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将阶段性心理干预与基础保健知识教育应用于初产妇中,护理效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of implementing stage psychological intervention and basic health knowledge education on primipara clinical delivery and postpartum rehabilitation. Methods The data of 285 primipara patients admitted from June 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods. The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group included 150 stage psychological interventions and basic health care Knowledge education, compared with two groups of post-natal care effects. Results Compared with the control group, the recovery of postnatal signs in the experimental group was significantly better. The scores of SDS and SAS in the experimental group were significantly lower (35.0 ± 3.5) and (32.0 ± 2.4) . Conclusion Applying phased psychological intervention and basic health knowledge education to primipara, the nursing effect is remarkable and worthy of clinical promotion.
