本文用氯胺 T氧化法对海洛因进行了碘 1 2 5标记。初步研究了反应pH、时间、温度和海洛因的量对标记率的影响。采用SephadexG 1 0柱将碘标海洛因与游离碘 1 2 5分离 ,并对试验中出现的现象和可能的反应机理作了初步探讨。产物在SephadexG 1 0柱上分离纯化后 ,研究了12 5I heroin的稳定性。结果指出 ,标记产物在室温放置 1 1 6h后放化纯度仍达 70 %
In this paper, chloramine T oxidation of heroin was labeled iodine 125. The effects of reaction pH, time, temperature and amount of heroin on labeling rate were studied preliminarily. The Sephadex G 10 column was used to separate the iodine-labeled heroin from free iodine 125, and the phenomenon and possible reaction mechanism in the experiment were also discussed. The product was isolated and purified on SephadexG 10 column to study the stability of 125I heroin. The results showed that the labeled product was still at room temperature after 1 1 6h radiochemical purity is still up to 70%
