一、一定要保证村民依法行使民主自治权利,同时要发挥好党支部的领导核心作用社会主义民主的本质是人民当家作主,管理国家。中国共产党历来重视保障人民群众的民主权利。改革开放以来,党和国家更把建设社会主义民主政治,作为社会主义现代化建设的一项重要内容。江泽民同志在党的十五大报告中明确指出:
