根据试验研究的成果，本文介绍了采用电子扫描显微镜（ＳＥＭ）图象分析系统研究水泥胶微观结构的新方法，包括试件制备、仪器设定标准和微裂缝量测方面的改进。实践证明，采用本文介绍的方法，微细裂缝成象的清晰度大为提高，量测精度也相应提高，同时，新方法也使定量分析水泥胶的各种物相成为可能。 Based on the results of the experimental study, this article introduced a new method for the study of the microstructure of cement pastes using a scanning electron microscope (SEM) image analysis system, including improvements in sample preparation, instrument setting standards, and microcrack measurement. Practice has proved that using the method described in this paper, the sharpness of fine crack imaging is greatly improved, and the measurement accuracy is also correspondingly improved. At the same time, the new method also makes it possible to quantitatively analyze various phases of cement paste.
