目的探讨经骶部改良倒“V”切口直肠局部切除治疗直肠肿瘤的方法和临床效果。方法2004年1月-2009年2月间经骶部改良倒“V”形切口直肠局部切除治疗直肠肿瘤共12例。结果12例经此切口直肠局部切除的患者有6例术后出现并发症,经对症治疗6例中有5例治愈,1例好转。术后生存时间2例为8个月,其余在2～5年,现3例仍生存。结论改良倒“V”切口解剖结构相对简单,操作方便,邻近组织损伤小,并发症相对较少,术后恢复快,疗效好。 Objective To investigate the method and clinical effect of rectal radical resection of the rectum by inverted sacral revision “V” incision. Methods From January 2004 to February 2009, 12 cases of rectal tumors were treated with modified “V” -shaped incision in the rectum. Results Six of the 12 patients who underwent resection of the rectum by this incision had postoperative complications. Among them, 5 of 6 patients were cured by symptomatic treatment and 1 patient improved. Survival time in 2 cases was 8 months, the remaining 2 to 5 years, 3 cases are still alive. Conclusion Improved “V” incision anatomy is relatively simple, easy to operate, adjacent tissue damage is small, the complication is relatively small, fast recovery, good curative effect.
