针对典型径向引气轴向出气旋转盘腔结构及加入导流板后的引气结构,通过实验的方法研究了盘腔旋转速度、进出口压比和导流板数目对流动特性的影响。研究结果表明:在一定转速的工况下,随着进出口压比的增加,通过该盘腔结构的空气流量呈现出递增的规律;随着旋转速度的增加,引气量显著下降,基本呈现线性递减的趋势;相比较于简单盘腔,由于导流板式减涡器的安装,盘腔径向入流能力增强,随着导流板个数的变化,引气量随导流板的增加而增加。
Aiming at the typical radial air bleed axial outlet rotating disk cavity structure and the air entrainment structure after adding the deflector, the influence of the rotating speed of the disk cavity, the pressure ratio of the inlet and outlet ports and the number of the deflector on the flow characteristics is studied. The results show that the air flow rate through the disk chamber shows an increasing regularity with the increase of the pressure ratio at the inlet and outlet under a certain rotational speed. With the increase of the rotational speed, the air entrainment volume decreases significantly and the linearity Decreasing trend. Compared with the simple plate cavity, the radial inflow ability of the plate cavity is enhanced due to the installation of the deflector vane plate. As the number of the deflector plates changes, the amount of bleed air increases with the increase of the deflector plate.
