打谷机厂有一些大齿轮,直径在350公厘以上,要加工这些大齿轮上的孔,我们过去是利用四爪盘来加工的。由于校正困难,以致生产效率很低,后经车间技术组多次研究,设计了一个凸轮式的三爪夹具。这夹具的构造如附图所示。图中1是铸铁盘,在它上面用三个螺钉6和螺帽8固定三个卡爪3;另装上带有手柄4的凸轮2,用三个螺钉5、垫圈7和螺帽9固定。工作时,将夹具旋紧在车头主轴上,再将工件装在盘1上。这时,推动手柄4,使凸轮2转动,由于凸轮位置的升高,夹爪
Threshing Machine Factory has some large gear, diameter of 350 mm or more, to process the holes in these large gear, we used to use the four claw plate to process. Due to the difficulty of calibration, resulting in low productivity, after many studies by the workshop technology group, designed a three-jaw cam fixture. The structure of this fixture is shown in the attached figure.
