利用幼猪复制深低温体外循环模型,研究2 种流量和2 种预充液配方对幼猪体温变化速率、体液平衡以及转流液中红细胞压积和胶体渗透压的影响.结果表明80M L?KG- 1?M IN- 1 的流量以及全血预充液明显优于100M L?KG- 1 ?M IN- 1 的流量和晶胶混和预充液.提示深低温体外循环的动物实验模型应根据所选动物生理情况正确设计流量和预充液配方“,”Deep hypothermic cardiopulmonary bypass (DHCPB) model was established in piglets. Two grades of perfusion flow rate and two types of prime formula were used to study their influnce on changing rate of body temperature, balance of body fluid, blood hematocrit and colloidal pressure in prime. The results showed that 80ml·kg -1 ·min -1 of perfusion flow rate and pure blood prime were better than 100ml·kg -1 ·min -1 and mixed prime of crystalloid and blood. The results suggested that perfusion flow rate and prime formula should be correctly designed according to the normal physiology of selected animals when DHCPB model was to be established.$$$$
