伊拉克战争,是一场实力极为悬殊的非对称战争。这场战争在体现美国与发展中国家在经济、国防和军事等领域差距的同时,也显示出高技术战争立体化、信息化和技术密集化的趋势。这些趋势必将对与之密切相关的经济动员产生深刻的影响。我国新时期的军事斗争经济动员准备如何适应这些新趋势,就成为必须着力解决的重要问题。
The war in Iraq is a very asymmetrical war of great disparity. While reflecting the gap between the United States and developing countries in such fields as economy, national defense and military affairs, this war also shows the trend of three-dimensional, information-based and technology-intensive high-tech wars. These trends will surely have a profound impact on the economic mobilization that is closely linked with them. How to adapt these new trends to the preparations for the economic mobilization of the military struggle in the new era has become an important issue that must be tackled urgently.
