1临床资料例1,患者女性,68岁,因风湿性心脏病行二尖瓣置换术,术后上腹部可复性包块1年入院。查体：立位时上腹部可见质软包块,平卧后可还纳腹腔。CT检查诊断为上腹部切口疝,腹壁缺损宽6 cm,长10 cm。例2,患者女性,65岁,身体健康,5年前因左侧腹股沟疝嵌顿行嵌顿疝松解和疝修补术,4年前因盆腔肿瘤行肿瘤切除术,术后1年下腹部出现可复性包块,平卧后包块可缩小。
