:桂枝汤在对两种不同体温状态模型大鼠呈现解热或升温作用的同时 ,对酵母诱导的发热大鼠 ,可显著抑制其下丘脑中AC活性 ,降低异常升高的cAMP含量 ;而对安痛定诱导的低体温大鼠 ,又可显著增强其下丘脑中AC活性 ,增加异常降低的cAMP含量。实验结果提示 :桂枝汤对体温的双向调节作用可能部分是通过影响AC活性 ,从而改变下丘脑细胞中cAMP含量来实现的 : Guizhi Decoction showed antipyretic or warming effect in rats with two different body temperature state models. At the same time, rats induced fever induced by yeast could significantly inhibit AC activity in the hypothalamus and reduce the abnormally elevated cAMP content; In hypothermic rats induced by Antongding, AC activity in the hypothalamus can be significantly increased, and abnormally decreased cAMP content can be increased. The experimental results suggest that the bidirectional regulation of body temperature by Guizhi Decoction may be achieved in part by affecting AC activity and thus altering cAMP content in hypothalamic cells.
