氮化层深度的测量有多种方法,国内大多数采用组织腐蚀法,用的腐蚀剂也各有差异。航空工业部规定用3~5%硝酸酒精溶液;机械工业部推荐的腐蚀剂有七种配方;在氮化层的测量上,大多数主张测至氮化层与心部 (基体) 的明显交界处。对于38CrMnAl等氮化钢的试样,采用上述腐蚀剂,有时氮化层与基体的交界不十分明显,测量有一定的困难。我们采用化学抛光腐蚀的方法,探索氮化层深度的显示,收到了一定的效果。 1 化学抛光腐蚀液配方 5克草酸,90毫升双氧水,5毫升氢氟酸,4.5毫升醋酸,1.5毫升硫酸,4克硫酸铜,100毫升蒸馏水。
Nitride layer depth measurement of a variety of methods, the majority of domestic organizations using the corrosion method, the use of etchants are also different. Ministry of Aeronautics requires 3 to 5% nitric acid solution for alcohol; there are seven formulations recommended by Ministry of Machinery Industry; in the measurement of nitride layer, most of them advocate measuring the obvious junction of nitride layer and heart (matrix) . For 38CrMnAl and other nitrided steel samples, the use of the above etchant, sometimes nitrided layer and the substrate at the junction is not very clear, the measurement has some difficulties. We use chemical polishing etching method to explore the depth of nitride layer display, received a certain effect. 1 Chemical polishing solution 5 grams of oxalic acid, 90 ml of hydrogen peroxide, 5 ml of hydrofluoric acid, 4.5 ml of acetic acid, 1.5 ml of sulfuric acid, 4 g of copper sulfate, 100 ml of distilled water.
