随着现代经济的飞速发展和市场竞争日益激烈,新的产品也不断涌现,也因而在企业中出现了很多的新的团队,肩负各自职能,履行团队使命。团队的效能对于企业发展而言意义重大,营销团队也是如此。强化团队管理效能,提高团队战斗力,就要求团队全员不断适应现代经济发展形势,具备创新能力及对新事物的适应能力,不断改进自己的工作方法,达成团队绩效目标。更加要求团队管理者以战略发展的眼光实施人力资源管理策略,挖掘团队价值,提升团队战斗力。
With the rapid development of the modern economy and increasingly fierce market competition, new products are emerging constantly.
