从动物实验角度对细菌性角膜溃疡氧自由基与活性胶原酶生成关系进行了观察,结果表明:角膜溃疡后组织中氧自由基产生明显的升高,同时活性胶原酶也高。而经抗氧化治疗后,随氧自由基清除的程度,组织中活性胶原酶的生成也不同程度下降,表现氧自由基的产生与活性胶原酶生成呈正相关(r=0.9956,p=0.0044);并通过潜酶活化比较,表明抗氧化治疗后组织中部分潜酶未能活化,说明在体内氧自由基确实参与胶原酶潜酶的活化
From the animal experiment point of view, the relationship between oxygen free radicals of bacterial corneal ulcer and active collagenase production was observed. The results showed that the oxygen free radicals in the tissue of corneal ulcer increased significantly and the activity of collagenase was also high. After anti-oxidative treatment, the generation of active collagenase decreased with the degree of oxygen free radical scavenging. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between the production of active oxygen species and collagenase activity (r = 0.9956, p = 0 .0044). Compared with the activation of the latent enzyme, some of the latent enzymes in the tissue failed to be activated after the antioxidant treatment, indicating that the oxygen free radicals in the body are indeed involved in the activation of the collagenase enzyme
