目的探讨全数字化乳腺X线立体定位及活检技术对早期乳腺癌的诊断及治疗价值。资料与方法回顾性总结36例临床未触及病变,仅X线摄影发现乳腺微小病变患者的临床及影像资料,用全数字化X线立体定位导丝导向切除活检(stereotactic needle localized biopsy,SNLB)或核芯针穿刺活检(stereotactic core needle biopsy,SCNB)。结果 30例行SNLB患者中,29例一次性成功,成功率达96.7%;6例行SCNB者中,1例乳腺癌漏诊。结论应用全数字化乳腺X线立体定位及活检技术,可有效提高早期乳腺癌的诊断率,可对微创手术治疗提供精确的导向作用。
Objective To investigate the value of full digital mammography and biopsy in the diagnosis and treatment of early stage breast cancer. Materials and Methods Retrospective review was made on the clinical and imaging data of 36 patients with minimal breast lesions found by X - ray photography. The data of 36 patients with clinically unaffected lesions were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent digitalized stereotactic needle localized biopsy (SNLB) Stereotactic core needle biopsy (SCNB). Results Among the 30 patients with SNLB, 29 patients achieved a one-time success rate of 96.7%. One of six SCNB patients missed diagnosis. Conclusion The application of full digital mammography and biopsy can effectively improve the diagnosis rate of early breast cancer and provide accurate guidance for minimally invasive surgery.
