将徐州市区义务献血员血清 6人一组混合 ,用斑点免疫金银染色法 ( Dot- IGSS)进行检测 ,同时对所有血清用同样方法逐份进行检测 ,以研究混合血清法筛检抗弓形虫抗体的可能性。检测结果显示 ,混合血清法的敏感性为 92 .31% ,特异性为 99.96 % ,混合血清法与逐份血清法的一致率为 99.73% ,Kappa值为 0 .947( P<0 .0 1)。以全国弓形虫平均感染率( 4.86 % )进行定量效益分析 ,用混合血清法筛检献血员 ,每百人可减少检测次数 5 7次 ,从而节省可观的经费
6 volunteers of Xuzhou city volunteer blood donors were mixed and tested by dot-immunogold-silver staining (Dot-IGSS).
