本试验在网箱养殖条件下 ,用鲜猪肺和颗粒饲料饲喂虎鲨。 30d后 ,经测定投喂鲜猪肺的平均相对生长率为 2 5 7% ,饵料系数为 4 .6 ;投喂颗粒饲料的平均相对生长率为 32 7% ,饵料系数为 0 .99。经方差分析表明 ,两种饵料饲喂虎鲨的差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。试验同时测定了小规格鱼种、大规格鱼种、成鱼各生长阶段虎鲨的肝胰脏、胃和肠淀粉酶的活性 ,结果表明 :同一规格不同组织间淀粉酶的活性依次是胃 >肠 >肝胰脏 ;不同规格同一组织间淀粉酶的活性表现为肝胰脏和肠是由低到高后再降低的过程 ,而胃淀粉酶的活性则是由高到低的过程。
This experiment in the cage culture conditions, with fresh pig lung and pelleted feed tiger shark. After 30 days, the average relative growth rate of fresh lungs was 25.7% and the feed coefficient was 4.6. The average relative growth rate of feed pellets was 32.7% and the feed coefficient was 0.99. Analysis of variance showed that there was no significant difference between the two kinds of feed on tiger shark (P> 0.05). The activity of hepatopancreas, stomach and intestine amylase of small-sized fingerlings, large-size fingerlings and adult tiger sharks in different growth stages were tested. The results showed that the activities of amylase in different tissues of the same size were in sequence of stomach> Intestine> hepatopancreas; the activity of amylase in the same tissue of different specifications is manifested as the process of reducing hepatopancreas and intestine from low to high and then decreasing, while the activity of gastric amylase is descending.
