目的探讨医学院校教师职业倦怠与生存质量的关系,为有针对性地制定提高教师生存质量的干预措施提供科学依据。方法随机抽取某医科大学教师360名,采用TBI问卷和WHOQOL-BREF量表分别对教师职业倦怠和生存质量进行测评,同时调查教师的社会人口学、工作和健康情况,采用结构方程模型探讨生存质量和职业倦怠之间的相互关系。结果调整调查问卷条目并确定内生和外生潜变量后,进行结构方程拟合,结果模型拟合优度较好。结构方程模型拟合结果显示,职业倦怠与生存质量呈直接负相关(标准解=-0.70,t=10.36,P<0.01)。结论职业倦怠直接影响生存质量,可据此制定缓解教师职业倦怠和提高生存质量的有效措施。
Objective To explore the relationship between occupational burnout and quality of life in medical college teachers and to provide a scientific basis for targeted interventions to improve teachers’ quality of life. Methods A total of 360 teachers from a medical college were randomly selected. TBI questionnaire and WHOQOL-BREF scale were used to evaluate teacher burnout and quality of life. At the same time, the sociodemographic, work and health conditions of teachers were investigated. Structural equation modeling was used to explore the quality of life And job burnout. Results After adjusting the questionnaire entries and determining the endogenous and exogenous latent variables, the structural equation was fitted. The results showed that the goodness of fit of the model was good. Structural equation model fitting results showed that there was a direct negative correlation between job burnout and quality of life (standard solution = -0.70, t = 10.36, P <0.01). Conclusion Occupational burnout directly affects the quality of life, which can be effective measures to alleviate the teacher burnout and improve the quality of life.
