在《设备管理与维修》2001年第3期“西门子数控系统维修(二)”一文中提到810T系统荧光屏无显示故障的处理方法,由于810T与820T有很多的相似性,笔者在维修过程中曾遇到过与文章中所列故障不同的情况,愿与同行交流一下。 我公司一台EMCO ET360型数控车床,使用的是西门子820T系统,曾出现过荧光屏元显示的故障,现象如下:接通主电源后,系统启动,显示正常。然后启动机床液压及驱动系统,返回参考点也正常,但随后系统突然中断运行,无显示。检查后发现,CPU板上的红色指示灯已亮,而进入系统的交流220V电源也正常,备用电池电压大于4.5V也无异常。断开主电源后等待
