随着全球化发展的不断深入,社会对外语专业人才的需求产生了变化,高校准确把握市场需求,培养出符合社会需求的创新创业人才,是外语专业建设的首要任务。外语专业应用型人才培养要从构建适应创新创业人才培养的课程体系入手,强化实践教学改革和师资队伍建设,培养出符合社会需求的应用型外语专业人才。
With the deepening of globalization, the demand for foreign language professionals in the society has changed. It is the most important task for foreign university students to accurately grasp the market demand and cultivate innovative and talented people who meet the needs of society. The cultivation of applied talents in foreign languages should start with building a curriculum system that adapts to the training of innovative and pioneering professionals, strengthen the practical teaching reform and the construction of teaching staff, and cultivate applied-type foreign language professionals who meet the needs of society.
