目的调查结直肠手术全身麻醉清醒后患者的饮水意愿,为满足结直肠术后患者全身麻醉清醒后的生理和心理需求提供依据。方法设计病例报告表,由经过培训的护士对2013年3月-2014年3月进入麻醉苏醒室的973例结直肠手术后患者的一般资料、手术方式、饮水意愿及回到原病房后的首次饮水时间进行调查。结果 973例结直肠手术患者中,有饮水意愿的患者809例(83.1%),无饮水意愿164例(16.9%)。回原病房后首次饮水时间为2~312 min,平均(71.90±31.75)min。结论大多数结直肠手术后患者全身麻醉清醒后希望能够饮水,术后早期少量饮水能够满足患者的生理和心理需求。
Objective To investigate the willingness to drink water of patients after awaking of general anesthesia in colorectal surgery and to provide the basis for meeting the physiological and psychological needs of patients undergoing general anesthesia after colorectal surgery. Methods Design the case report form, which was conducted by trained nurses for the first time since 973 patients who had undergone colorectal surgery who entered the anesthesia recovery room from March 2013 to March 2014, their general information, surgical procedures, willingness to drink and return to the original ward Drinking time to investigate. Results Among the 973 patients with colorectal surgery, 809 (83.1%) had the intention of drinking water and 164 (16.9%) had no intention of drinking water. After returning to the ward for the first time drinking water for 2 ~ 312 min, an average of (71.90 ± 31.75) min. Conclusion Most patients after colorectal surgery wished to be able to drink water after their general anesthesia was awake. In the early postoperative period, a small amount of drinking water could meet the patients’ physiological and psychological needs.
