The Taiping Revolution revolution once forced women into the liberation line by enforcing legislation and forcing the equality of men and women to resuscitate them from legal death. This revolutionary initiative was unprecedented in the peasant revolution of previous generations in China and also opened the way for the bourgeois revolution that followed. The reason why it can surpass the American-British women’s movement in terms of time, ways and means is that the incidental result of a particular revolution is also a by-product of a specific patriarchal law. The originality of this pioneering effort by Pacific Tiaoku can not be underestimated.
