崔建平今年60岁了,2003年从银行系统内退后,他来到河北永清县流转了30亩地,搞起了水生植物研究和种植。笔者在河北省廊坊市永清县挂职时驻村调研一个月,与其相识。村里人都叫他老崔,目前专职搞荷花培育,已经是中国花卉协会荷花分会会员,可谓“莲痴”。老崔并不算是地道的农民,他本可衣食无忧地在城市生活,却选择返乡投资农业,整天泡在农田里。老崔在廊坊市区拥有莲花种植基地
