近年来,随着微型计算机的广泛应用,滚珠丝杠副作为自动控制设备的传动机构在很多方面被采用了。然而,在使用中,也发现了一些问题:例如当运动到某一位置时,滚珠丝杠副与设备锁不住,滚珠丝杠副在传动中出现抖动等。这些大都涉及到滚珠丝杠副离合器的性能。因此,怎样合理地设计滚珠丝杠副的离合器;或者说,如何正确地选择离合器的性能参数,是很多人关心的和正在深入研究的一项课题。
In recent years, with the extensive use of microcomputers, the ball screw pair has been adopted as a transmission mechanism for automatic control equipment in many aspects. However, in use, some problems have also been found: for example, the ball screw pair can not lock with the equipment when moving to a certain position, and the ball screw pair jitters in the transmission. These mostly relate to the performance of the ball screw clutch. Therefore, how to properly design the ball screw clutch; or how to correctly select the performance parameters of the clutch, is a subject that many people care about and are studying in depth.
