本文着重从资金要素的角度出发,研究如何改进和创新融资模式,为我国低碳经济建设的整体推进创造有利条件。文章首先梳理了低碳经济建设融资的研究进展;接着分析了我国低碳经济建设融资的发展现状及存在问题和国外的实践经验;最后,从市场和政府两个角度来探究推动我国低碳经济建设融资的有效路径,提出相应的政策建议。
This paper focuses on how to improve and innovate the financing model from the perspective of capital elements and create favorable conditions for the overall promotion of low-carbon economy in our country. The article first sort out the research progress of financing for low-carbon economy construction; Then it analyzes the current situation, existing problems and practical experience of financing for the construction of low-carbon economy in our country; Finally, from two angles of market and government, The effective path of construction financing, put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
