我所1983年从中国种子公司引入美国4份抗病基因玉米自交系,连续4年观察,进行抗性、生育性状和经济性状、配合力测定的试验,旨在突破育种难关,选育出高产优质、抗病虫、适应性广的玉米新品种。现将结果初报如下。 1 材料与方法 美国自交系:B37~(Ht)、B73~(Ht)、A632~(Ht),A634~(Ht)。同时以早期引入的B37、A632、A634及骨干系系14、M017作参照。 试验地为黑壤土,地力中等,地势平坦、连作玉米7~10年,(?)种,施口肥磷酸二铵10kg/mμ,追施硝铵26.5kg/mμ。试验小区顺序排列,无重复,每份材料种植5m行
