目的:应用HPLC法建立毛冬青注射液的指纹图谱。方法:采用ODS-2 Hypersil C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈和0.05%磷酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1 mL/m in,柱温30℃,检测波长为325 nm。结果:建立了毛冬青注射液的指纹图谱,并检测了8批毛冬青注射液样品;采用“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A版)”标定了13个共有峰,相似度较高,各色谱峰分离较好,达到中药注射剂指纹图谱研究的技术要求。结论:本方法准确可靠,为更好地控制毛冬青注射液的内在质量提供了科学依据。
Objective: To establish a fingerprint of Maodongqing injection by HPLC. METHODS: ODS-2 Hypersil C18 (4.6 mm×200 mm, 5 μm) column was used with acetonitrile and 0.05% phosphoric acid as mobile phases. The gradient elution was performed at a flow rate of 1 mL/min. The column temperature was 30°C and the detection wavelength was 325. Nm. Results: The fingerprint of Maodongqing injection was established and eight batches of Maodongqing injection samples were detected. The similarity evaluation was performed using the “Chinese herbal fingerprint similarity evaluation system (2004A version)”. High, good separation of chromatographic peaks, to meet the technical requirements of traditional Chinese medicine injection fingerprint research. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable, and provides scientific basis for better control of the intrinsic quality of Maodongqing injection.
