对于画家来说,每一个时期内的技法与题材,都是受他在那个时期的特定环境和心态决定的,心态变了,画面上的东西也可能跟着变,在变的过程中也要吸收新的东西,表达不同的情绪。参加展览的七位青年画家给大家展示的就是他们艺术创作中的发现自我和重塑自我的心理成长过程。他们的态度很明确,表现真实的自我,所以本次展览在绘画题材和表现形式、作品的尺寸和数量等诸多方面均没有提前做统一的策划,展示的是各自平时的创作面貌和对艺术的基本看法。这就是他们的态度,没有矫揉造作、没有无病呻吟、没有偷景猎奇、没有投好迎合。
