针对野川煤矿3102综放工作面回采初期的瓦斯超限问题,对工作面开采时期采空区的瓦斯涌出规律和运移特点进行分析,提出了高位钻孔进行瓦斯抽放的解决办法。通过FLAC3D数值模拟方法研究上覆岩层发育破坏规律,据此制定了高位钻孔布置参数。实际生产过程中监测显示回风流瓦斯浓度稳定在0.36%~0.59%,保证了工作面正常开采。
In view of the gas overrun in the initial recovery period of 3102 fully mechanized top coal caving face in Yechuan Coal Mine, the gas emission regularity and migration characteristics of the goaf during the mining face mining period are analyzed. The solution to gas drainage with high level drilling is put forward. FLAC3D numerical simulation method is used to study the development and failure of overburden strata. Based on this, high-level borehole layout parameters are established. The actual production process monitoring showed that return air flow gas concentration stabilized at 0.36% ~ 0.59%, to ensure the normal mining face.
