卫生防疫站承担着疾病防治、卫生监督、监测、科研培训、健康教育四大职能。随着社会的进步,卫生防疫工作应扩大服务领域,开辟新的业务。本文就如何开辟新的卫生防疫工作领域试作粗浅探讨。 1 建筑材料的监测管理 随着我国住房制度改革,传统的福利分房已不复存在。全国范围内均实行了住房个人买断产权、停止住房实物无偿分配。这样,为建材行业特别是装饰材料部门造就了巨大的市场。 在这一住房制度改革背景下,随着人民群众生活水平的不断提高,居住环境的卫生质量引起居民群众的高度重视。建筑及装饰材料中的放射性危害问题受到密切关注。建筑装饰材料中的放射性同位素铀、钍、镭,特别是核素镭的子体——氡所产生的射线引发肺癌的事实已得到普遍确认。市场的变化、人民群众的自我保健意识的增强为卫生防疫工作增加了一个新的业务领域,这就是建筑及装饰材料中的卫生监测。在从事这一工作中,也增加了业务量。
The Sanitation and Anti-epidemic Station has four functions: disease prevention, hygiene supervision, monitoring, scientific research training, and health education. This article discusses how to open up a new field of health and epidemic prevention. 1 Monitoring and Management of Building Materials With the reform of China’s housing system, traditional welfare housing has ceased to exist. Throughout the country, housing individuals bought out property rights and stopped the free distribution of housing in kind. In this way, a huge market has been created for the building materials industry, especially for the decorative materials sector. Under the background of the reform of the housing system, with the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, the quality of the living environment has caused the residents to attach great importance. Radiation hazards in construction and decoration materials have received close attention. The fact that radioactive isotopes of uranium, plutonium, and radium in building decoration materials, especially the daughter of radionuclide radium, cesium-induced radiation-induced lung cancer has been widely recognized. The changes in the market and the people’s increased awareness of self-care have added a new business area for health and epidemic prevention. This is the hygiene monitoring of construction and decoration materials. In doing this work, it also increased the amount of business.
