企业的日常管理工作除了行政管理之外,思政方面的工作也是必不可少的。企业通过思政管理不仅可以统一人员思想,提升思想素质,还能够解决很多企业内部的矛盾,对企业的发展具有重要作用。随着社会经济的发展,传统的企业管理模式已经不能满足企业发展的需要,因此企业需要改革经营管理的模式,而思政管理也要随之进行改革。在这一过程中,人本理念对于思政管理显得尤为重要,是提高思政管理效率,提升企业管理水平的重要理念。
