合作学习是新课标下一项重要的教学形式,初中物理教学中采用小组合作学习的教学模式能够有效提高教学效果,在具体的教学中教师可以按照教学内容和学生的实际情况进行分组,从而提高学生对物理学习的热情和兴趣,促进学生之间的互相交流、共同进步,增强学生之间的合作意识,形成积极向上的学习态度。物理教学中运用合作教学模式,是以小组为基本形式,针对小组中表现优异的学生,给予合理的评价和奖励,突出多变互动促进学生的合作技能,初中物理教学中采用小组合作的学习已形成较大的规模,本文针对教师如何合理开展合作学习进行了分析。
