On June 15, the Chinese people’s Association for International Cooperation, the Friendship Association of China and the Soviet Union and the Chinese Writers Association held a rally to mark the one hundredth anniversary of the death of the illustrious Russian writer Igor Turgenev and a prominent Soviet writer
