1977年全国第二次肺心病会议修订了慢性肺心病的诊断标准(以下简称二次标准)。对有关心电图的诊断,是否适合我省高原地区的特点及对肺心病诊断的阳性率和应用中会存在什么问题?现将我们调查的资料作一初步分析。
