目的快速、准确评价不同类型蛋白胨支持大肠菌群的生长效果,为优化大肠菌群快速生长培养基选择适宜原材料。方法选择不同类型的蛋白胨和大肠菌群代表性菌株,应用全自动生长曲线测定仪进行浊度测量,用原材料再配制培养基,通过测定培养基支持大肠菌群的生长能力验证原材料筛选方法的可靠性。结果多价蛋白胨支持大肠菌群生长能力较好;大肠菌群快速生长的蛋白胨评估与配制培养基后的实验结果一致,即培养24 h后最大A值均为1.18。结论不同类型蛋白胨支持大肠菌群的生长能力存在差异,生长曲线测定仪可作为培养基原材料选择的有力工具。
OBJECTIVE Rapid and accurate evaluation of different types of peptone to support growth of coliform bacteria and selection of suitable raw materials for optimizing rapid growth medium of coliform bacteria. Methods Representative strains of peptone and coliforms were selected. Turbidity was measured with an automatic growth curve analyzer. The medium was re-formulated with raw materials. The method of screening raw materials was validated by measuring the growth capacity of the medium in support of coliforms. Sex. Results The multivalent peptone supported the growth of coliform bacteria better. The rapid growth of peptone was consistent with the experimental results after the medium was prepared, that is, the maximum A value after culture for 24 h was 1.18. Conclusion Different types of peptone support coliforms growth ability difference, growth curve analyzer can be used as a medium for the selection of raw materials a powerful tool.
