近年来,随着我国高校的不断扩招,各学校办学规模迅速扩大,教材的需求量呈几何数增长。截至2005年,我国高校(含中职)在校人数已达到3700万人,每年教材需求量应在75亿元左右,从而催生出高校教材出版和销售的庞大市场。可以预计,在未来几年内随着中、高职的迅猛发展,教材供应还将会出现一个新的高潮。当出版社之间的竞争日益加剧时,教材经销商之间的竞争早已达到了白热化。面对民营书商的迅速崛起、新华书店的重整河山、代办站的紧跟市场,学校教材科犯难了:订单该给谁?于是,教材招标便应运而生。
In recent years, with the continuous expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities in our country, the scale of running schools has rapidly expanded, and the demand for teaching materials shows a geometric increase. The face of the rapid rise of private booksellers, Xinhua Bookstore, the reorganization of rivers and mountains, charge d’affaires stand close to the market, the school textbook offended: the order should be given to whom?
