Qin Guangrong Speeches Li Jiheng Holds Resentment and Luo Zhengfu Attendance On July 30, the Symposium of Yunnan Province on Celebrating the 85th Anniversary of the Founding of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army was held in Kunming.
