经过10多年的理论研究、实践调查、实验研究和多次修改,《全日制义务教育数学课程标准(实验稿)》(以下简称《标准》)于2001年7月正式出版。现行的数学教学大纲、义务教育阶段的数学教材编审、修订,都得依据《标准》进行。云南省石林县已被批准为国家级实验县(依据标准编写的新教材教学实验区),按照教育部的规划,通过实验,于2005年前逐步全面推开。一场“脱胎换骨”的义务教育数学课程革命已经来临,将影响到义务教育阶段数学教育的教学、考试评价、课程设置、教材编审等各方面,为使大家更好地须应这场革命,根据我掌握的情况,结合有关教育改革文件精神,谈谈对《标准》的学习体会。 一、《标准》制订的背景 (一)数学的发展改变了人们对数学是什么的认识1992年国际数学家联合会把2000年作为世界数学年,其目的在于加强数学与社会的联系,使更多人了
After more than 10 years of theoretical research, practical investigations, experimental studies, and multiple revisions, the “Full-time Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum Standard (Experimental Draft)” (hereinafter referred to as the “Standard”) was formally published in July 2001. The current mathematics syllabus, compulsory mathematics curriculum editing and revision, must be based on the “standards”. Shilin County of Yunnan Province has been approved as a national experimental county (new experimental teaching area based on standards). According to the plan of the Ministry of Education, through experiments, it is gradually pushed forward before 2005. A revolution in the mathematics curriculum for compulsory education has come. It will affect the teaching of mathematics education in the compulsory education stage, examination evaluation, curriculum setting, textbook editing and other aspects. In order for everyone to better respond to this revolution, What I have learned, combined with the spirit of the document on education reform, talks about the learning experience of the Standard. I. Background of the development of the “Standard” (a) The development of mathematics has changed people’s understanding of what mathematics is. In 1992, the International Federation of Mathematicians took the year 2000 as the world math year.
