“保教并重”是《纲要》倡导的教育原则,以往不少幼儿园只注重从教师的角度强调保教配合,很少开展专门的保育研究活动,提高保育员的教育意识和能力。深入贯彻落实《纲要》使我们清醒地认识到:保育员也是教育工作者,贯彻落实《纲要》必须加强保育队伍建设,通过开展自下而上的保育教研,引导保育员结合一日生活中的各个环节实施教育,与教师密切配合,促进幼儿身心健康发展。为此,我园在保育教研方面作了一定的研究与实践,我们的探索则来源于一张偶然发现的表格和一次精心组织的保育教研活动。
“Pays equal attention ” is the education principle advocated by the “Outline”. In the past, many kindergartens only focused on emphasizing the cooperation between teachers and students in the aspect of teachers. They seldom carried out specialized research activities on childcare and raised their education awareness and ability. To thoroughly implement the “Outline” clearly reminds us that nurserpers are also educators. To implement the “Outline,” it is imperative to strengthen the building of conservation teams. By conducting education and research from the bottom up, All aspects of education, and teachers work closely with and promote the healthy development of children’s physical and mental health. For this reason, I Park made a certain amount of research and practice in the field of nursing education and research, and our exploration came from an accidental discovery form and a well-organized education and research activity.
