From August 23rd to 24th, 1993, the China Shipbuilding Engineering Society Shanghai Academic Activity Center convened a conference for the review of Chinese ship science and technology experts. The meeting was presided over by Xin Yuanou, chairman of the Shipbuilding History Research Association of the China Shipbuilding Engineering Society. Chinese Academy of Science and Technology Experts Editorial Committee, Honorary Chairman of the Ship History Research Association, Yang Wei, Luo Fengbiao, Ship Industry Bureau Military Industry Bureau, Jin Xiangjun, China Shipbuilding Engineering Society attended the meeting. . The “Science and Technology Experts’ Biography of China” is organized under the leadership of the China Association for Science and Technology and organized by a group of Chinese experts and scholars to introduce China’s modern science.
