东日本铁路公司盛冈分公司最近选定盛冈车辆中心作为执行“检修工艺指标”的样板车间。在内燃动车方面,根据故障统计数据,提出3项课题:A公司制造的内燃动车发动机水泵破损;キハ100系内燃动车排气温度异常显示;内燃动车空气压缩机异常噪声。针对这些课题分别确定目标、对策和执行计划,通过具体的维修工作及对策,有效防止了上述故障,完成了各项课题目标。验证了开展故障分析、采取对策及防止车辆故障方法的有效性。
Morioka Branch of East Japan Railway Co., Ltd. recently selected Morioka Vehicle Center as the prototype shop for executing “Maintenance Specifications”. In the field of internal combustion motor vehicles, three issues were proposed according to the fault statistics: the damaged internal combustion motor pump of Company A; the abnormal display of exhaust temperature of internal combustion engine of ハ ハ 100 Series; and the abnormal noise of the internal combustion motor vehicle air compressor. Targeting, countermeasures and implementation plans for each of these issues were identified. Through specific maintenance work and countermeasures, these failures were effectively prevented and all the objectives of the projects were completed. The effectiveness of the method of fault analysis, countermeasure and vehicle failure was verified.
