采用自研的AuCl_3-CuCl_2双金属无汞催化剂,在中试单管反应器中考察了乙炔氢氯化反应效果。结果表明:氯化烯的选择率均在99%以上,初始乙炔转化率>98%;随着反应的进行,乙炔转化率缓慢下降,当反应1 600 h后,乙炔转化率降至89%。通过反应前后无汞催化剂的对比表征结果表明,乙炔氢氯化反应活性下降是由催化剂表面的芳环结构积炭导致的。同时,结合积炭的形成机理对提高无汞催化剂催化稳定性进行了分析。
The self-made AuCl_3-CuCl_2 bimetallic mercury-free catalyst was used to study the effect of hydrochlorination of acetylene in pilot scale single tube reactor. The results showed that the selectivity of chlorinated olefin was above 99% and the initial conversion of acetylene was> 98%. With the progress of the reaction, the conversion of acetylene decreased slowly. After the reaction for 1 600 h, the conversion of acetylene decreased to 89%. The results of the comparative characterization of the mercury-free catalyst before and after the reaction show that the reduction of the acetylene hydrochlorination reaction activity is caused by the carbon deposition of the aromatic ring structure on the catalyst surface. At the same time, the catalytic stability of mercury-free catalysts was analyzed in combination with the formation mechanism of carbon deposition.
