改革开放后,中国经济不断的发展,企业改革逐渐深入,社会主义经济变得多元化,企业政治思想工作已经上升到企业发展的必要问题,良好的政工工作能够帮助企业更好的发展,为企业提供更多的发展空间。政工是企业必要的群体,具有素质高、纪律严明的特点,因此在新时期的企业发展中,需要对企业的政工队伍建设问题有着足够的重视。现阶段我国企业政工队伍建设已经有了一定的成效,但是总的来说仍然存在很多的问题,企业的政工工作需要适应新时代的发展,稳定,有序,从而帮助企业健康、长久的发展。本文对新时期企业政工对于的建设问题和创新发展等进行了相关研究。
