饲草饲料地是天然草场退牧还草项目中人工草场建设的重要组成部分,是牧民定居、舍饲圈养、快速育肥的基础,也是传统畜牧业向现代畜牧业转变和发展现代畜牧业的物质基础。因此,通过建立饲草饲料地,扩大饲草饲料种植面积,以期获得充足的优良饲草料,从而逐渐缓解草畜矛盾,减轻天然草场压力,为加快推进现代畜牧业的发展打下坚实的物质基础。
The forage grassland is an important part of the construction of artificial grassland in the project of grassland grazing and returning grassland. It is also the basis of herdsmen settling, feeding and captivity, and rapidly fattening. It is also the material that the traditional livestock husbandry changes and develops the modern animal husbandry to the modern animal husbandry basis. Therefore, through the establishment of forage and feedstuffs, expanding forage and grass planting area, in order to obtain adequate forage, thereby gradually ease the contradiction between grass and livestock, reduce the pressure of natural grassland, accelerate the development of modern animal husbandry and lay a solid material foundation .
