随着我国北方集中供热的大力发展,Dz系列水火管组合热水锅炉得到了广泛使用。该系列热水锅炉同时存在前管板孔桥开裂和烟管前端磨损现象。为此《热水锅炉安全技术监察规程》第26条明确规定:“对于锅壳式卧式外燃锅炉,设计、制造单位必须采取技术措施解决管板裂纹或泄漏等问题”。锅炉的设计、制造单位也采取了一些措施:1)烟管前端加装防磨套,以解决管端磨损;2)锅炉出水管孔尽量往前开,以加强前管板位置的水循环;
