高职院校主要侧重对学生职业技能的培养,往往忽视加强思想政治教育。特别是在思想政治教育课程中,仍然沿袭传统的一言堂式的教学模式,教学形式单一、枯燥,难以调动学生的积极性,教学效果差。在新的形式下,创新思想政治教育教学模式,引入行动导向教学法,创建新课堂,真正把课堂交给学生,提高高职院校学生的思想政治素养,为国家输送德智体美兼备的人才。
