无论成人或儿童,不可能总是快乐无忧,但我们都希望能够帮助孩子学会控制自己的情绪,使之向快乐的方向转化。情绪是人与生俱来的心理反应,它由四种基本情绪构成:愤怒、恐惧、悲伤、快乐。这如同绘画中红、黄、蓝三元色,其不同的组合构成人的各种情绪状态。情绪在我们的生活中有其独特的作用。愤怒激发人为争取自己的权力和自由而抗争;恐惧使人躲避危险,寻求安全;悲伤能缓解心中的痛苦,让我们开始新的生活;快乐则常在人经历了以上种种情绪之后才出现。快乐的含义并不是无忧无虑,永远愉快。只有让孩子学会恰当地体验、控制和表达他的各种情绪,才能成为真正快乐的人。孩子在婴儿期就有一定的情绪反应,但其表现突然而不稳定。随着年龄的增长,父母有必要帮助孩子正确理解和恰当地表达上述三种不良的情绪。
Whether adults or children, can not always be happy and carefree, but we all want to help children learn to control their emotions, so that the joy of transformation. Emotions are innate psychological reactions. They consist of four basic emotions: anger, fear, sadness and happiness. This is like painting red, yellow, blue ternary colors, their different combinations constitute the various emotional states. Emotions have their unique role in our life. Anger inspires people to fight for their power and freedom; fear averts danger and seeks for safety; sadness relieves the pain in the heart and lets us start a new life; happiness often comes after people have experienced all these emotions. The meaning of happiness is not carefree, always happy. Only by allowing children to learn to properly experience, control and express his emotions can they become truly happy people. Children have a certain emotional response in infancy, but their performance is sudden and unstable. With age, parents need to help children correctly understand and properly express the three bad emotions.
